Jia Wei at Clementi was very gentle when doing the facial. No hard-selling which I appreciate. Maybe it's because I'm not used to facials but my face felt sticky all day even after I'd washed and scrubbed it and I got some small bumps on my forehead. Quite thankful I didn't sign any package.

Great service with promising results at affordable price. Definitely seen an improvement in about 6 months! If you have acne prone skin, will recommend to utilize the Cold Crystal Treatment, it definitely helped me reduce the amount and severity of pimples.

Rin was my therapist and Jerlyn was my beauty consultant. Both of them are very friendly and have provided good customer service . My back did show significant improvement after a few sessions of luminous back peel.

Friendly and professional staff from the Cuppage outlet. I went there to try another treatment initially but Jerlyn recommended me another suitable treatment and explained the recommendation. The cool crystal treatment results were instant after 1 time, and Rebecca was patient enough to explain the steps.

I am pleasantly surprised at the results of the Growth Factor after just one session. The hyperpigmentation lightened and overal skin texture felt very supple and be soft. Windy took great care to ensure i was comfortable as it was my first visit. Jerlynn was very thorough in explaining the procedure and helped me understand the package. I look forward to a make up free face and to be taken care off by them!!!!

Went to the Somerset branch and Wendi was amazing. Started off with a thorough skin consultation so I understood my underlying skin issues, and proceeded to the facial next. The facial took exactly 75 mins and was really relaxing. Wendi explained step-by-step what was happening even though her English wasn't great, and I appreciated that. Her massage was also amazing, not too hard or soft. There was some upsell at the end, but they weren't pushy. Amazing service and definitely value for money!

Good ambience, staff is friendly even though I rejected buying package. Everything is comfortable, oxygen spray was comfy too except it's abit to hard to breathe for me, but everything's good!
