Went to the Somerset branch and Wendi was amazing. Started off with a thorough skin consultation so I understood my underlying skin issues, and proceeded to the facial next. The facial took exactly 75 mins and was really relaxing. Wendi explained step-by-step what was happening even though her English wasn't great, and I appreciated that. Her massage was also amazing, not too hard or soft. There was some upsell at the end, but they weren't pushy. Amazing service and definitely value for money!

Good ambience, staff is friendly even though I rejected buying package. Everything is comfortable, oxygen spray was comfy too except it's abit to hard to breathe for me, but everything's good!

Can see the difference after the treatment, really value for money. And good thing is there's no hard selling. However the package is quite expensive, though can see the facial treatment is of good quality.
